Return and refund policy
Personalized Products All personalized and custom-made products (such as memorial posters and custom pet portraits) are made to order based on your specific requirements. As these products are uniquely created for you, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Standard Products For non-personalized products, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@dexposters.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the time your order is sent to production.
Custom Posters (with preview approval) For personalized posters, we will send you a digital preview for approval before printing begins. Production starts only after you have approved the preview. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the approval process on top of the delivery time.
Ready-Made Designs (e.g. landscape posters) Posters with a finished design are sent directly to production and delivered within 3–7 business days.
Production & Shipping All products are printed and shipped through our production partner Gelato, with production facilities located close to you for faster delivery and a lower environmental impact.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to all countries we currently ship to. You can see the available shipping destinations at checkout.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing your order well in advance of any important dates.
